Who/What: Gen. Benjamin S. Griffin, commanding general, U.S. Army Materiel Command, Fort Belvoir, Va., will officially preside over the ground-breaking ceremony for the new AMC and U.S. Army Security Assistance Command headquarters building, both of which are slated to reside on the arsenal by 2011 as part of the 2005 BRAC decision.
When: Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2008 @ 10 a.m.
Where: North side of Martin Road west of its intersection with the Toftoy Thruway
